We are getting started rearraigning the building We got another stamping press in this week and are moving the existing line for a little better product flow. The goal is vertical integration , being able to do all operations in house . Sometime soon we will move the maintenance shop (again) and get some more new and interesting stuff put in that space . The titanium coating is an interesting process using a plasma cloud to deposit a titanium coating to the product to enhance durability . Wonder if I can sneak some motorcycle parts through ?...

Haven't been on in a while , just been working and the usual stuff. I do not know where the summer went ! I like what I'm doing on the job. The maintenance job is interesting , never know just what will be on the agenda day to day and then there is the repairs on the fly to keep production moving and if it is quiet then there are always P.Ms . Lots of new stuff coming online in the near future at the plant. We have started Titanium coating and more stamping will be starting soon. I never thought I would be playing with plasma chambers , robots and lasers .

so far so good with the new ride. The 1/2 ton with a manual transmission rides nice and gets good economy (for a 4x4 truck) at about 16 MPH + or - . I have wanted to get a Jeep C.J. or Wrangler style but those things just are not practical . They can not carry much cargo , or pull much of a trailer , they are not too comfortable But those things are cooler than a penguins knickers !If I was going to have a second vehicle it would be a Jeep. I like the looks of the new Challengers the muscle cars are cool , the new Mustangs look good as well , but as a daily driver , not for me. They are too low for in the snow. A pick up works best for me I guess , something I can haul some plywood or topsoil and not have to worry or wrestle too much.

I have not posted since August 2023 . i have spent lots of time recovering and now am back to work fulltime. I got a new dog to keep Yoda company . Ryker is the pups name. He is just over one year now, a Husky Retriever cross . he is a meathead but all 11 month dogs are. when he calms down a bit I think he will be a good companion . I got a different truck today. The old one looks good but had really turned into a money pit. The new rig has a stick shift kind of a unicorn. I didnt let on that I'd kill for a stick when I talked with them. They actually called and asked if I was aware the truck was not an automatic ,and could I operate a clutch.

Bringing third world "refugees" into our country who have no interest in in actually become Americans is foolish. Bringing in people who refuse to do anything other that demand that the government support them helps nobody. Allowing criminals to cross the border and then rewarding their illegal entry into the USA with free everything including health care and cash with SNAP cards too ? Madness ! The liberal politicians want the "Wretched refuse" to move in with the "Little people" not into the penthouse with them . Its like throwing a turd into a swimming pool , its not like you taught the turd to swim , you've just contaminated the pool and made it unpleasant for everyone else. The turds don't care. ,and neither do the libs as long as a turd doesn't land in their pool. I have absolutely NO problem with immigrants if they do it the right way , But blowing across the border and demanding free everything while contributing nothing is not the way. Do it right , put in the work and make it happen ! That has always been "The American Way" .The Land of The FREE doesn't mean what you think it means kids.

Kind of sad to see France burning. Reminds me of the rioting we saw around the USA . I think avoiding crowds and cities isn't a bad ...
